How we engage
Retainer-based support
Flexible support packages, typically around 5–20 hours per week or tailored to suit, provide ongoing asset management capability, support program delivery, and improve systems over time. This model works well where councils need responsive, practical support to address capacity and capability gaps as they arise.
Project-based engagement
Defined-scope support can also be provided for AMPs, maturity uplift, lifecycle modelling, system implementation, renewal planning, or specific asset class strategies where clear outputs, timeframes, and responsibilities are required.
